Data processing

The Administrator collects and processes personal data of Users for:

  • processing orders,

  • processing payments,

  • the provision of electronic services,

  • handling questions and complaints,

  • marketing activities (e.g. newsletter),

  • analytical and statistical purposes (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads).

Purposes and legal grounds

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  1. Performance of the purchase agreement – ​​necessary for the performance of the agreement (Article 6 paragraph 1 sub b GDPR).

  2. Legal claims and defense – legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6 para. 1 sub f GDPR).

  3. Marketing (newsletter, remarketing, Google/Facebook ads) – based on the User's consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sub a GDPR).

  4. Analysis and optimization of the website – legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6 para. 1 sub f GDPR).

Newsletter

  1. The Administrator processes personal data to send newsletters with information about products, news, promotions and special offers.

  2. The legal basis for this processing is the User's consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sub a GDPR).

  3. Data will be processed until the User withdraws consent.

  4. The User may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting the Administrator.

  5. Newsletter data may be used for profiling (e.g. adapting content to the User's interests), but this has no legal or significant consequences for the User.

Cookies

The Service uses cookies for:

  • the correct functioning of the website (necessary cookies),

  • traffic analysis (analytical cookies, e.g. Google Analytics),

  • advertisements and remarketing (marketing cookies, e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel),

  • personalization of content.

Data may be transferred outside the EEA (e.g. Google, Meta – US) only to parties providing appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

  • Order and contract data – stored for the duration of the contract and the statutory tax period (5 years).

  • Data based on consent (e.g. newsletter) – until consent is withdrawn.

  • Data for marketing/analysis – until the User objects.

User Rights

Every User has the right to:

  • access to his/her data and a copy,

  • rectification of data,

  • deletion of data,

  • restriction of processing,

  • data portability,

  • objection to processing,

  • withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting previous processing),

  • file a complaint with the supervisory authority: Dutch Data Protection Authority (Netherlands).
