Returns and Complaints Policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

• Consumers have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 calendar days after receiving the product without giving any reason.
• The declaration of revocation can be sent by e-mail to info@boxvendor.eu .
• After you have notified us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return Policy

• Product condition: New only .
• The product must be returned complete, undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging.
• You may only use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (such as in a physical store).
• If there is any decrease in value due to use, you are liable for this difference.
• Exchanges: not accepted.

Return method & costs

• Method: by post / by mail .
• Return Label: Customer's responsibility (customer is responsible for return shipping and return postage).
• Restocking fees: no charges.
• We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.

Refund

• We will refund all payments received within 14 days of receipt of the returned product or upon receipt of valid proof of return .
• Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund Processing Time (GMC): 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection once the seal has been broken.
• Products which by their nature are inseparably mixed with other goods.

Complaints procedure

1. Not satisfied with a product or our service? Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe at info@boxvendor.eu .
2. Please clearly describe the problem and, if possible, include photos or other evidence.
3. We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a substantive solution or response within 14 days .
