Delivery

To ensure high quality of service, all orders are shipped via UPS courier service .

At the Customer's request, it is also possible to arrange transport yourself - in that case, the Customer is entirely responsible for collection and delivery.

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Aalsmeer (Netherlands):

Werven 3, 1431CP Aalsmeer, Netherlands.

1. Courier shipment (UPS)

• Standard delivery time: usually 1–3 working days within the Netherlands, 2–5 working days within the EU after dispatch from warehouse.

• Maximum package dimensions and weight according to UPS terms and conditions.

• Shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions and quantity of products ordered.

• The final shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

2. Customer-organized transport

• Orders can be collected by a transport company designated by the Customer.

• In that case, the Customer is fully responsible for the transportation and any damage during transportation.

• Collection is only possible by prior appointment with Customer Service.

3. Additional information

• Orders will be processed once electronic payment is received.
