§1 General provisions

  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs who use the Webshop.
  2. The Seller is responsible for processing personal data. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Webshop's website.

§2 Definitions

  • Consumer – a natural person who makes a purchase that is not directly related to his/her business or professional activities.
  • Buyer – any person who places an Order in the Webshop.
  • Product – a movable item offered in the Webshop.
  • Webshop – the online store at www.boxvendor.nl.
  • Purchase Agreement – ​​a distance contract between the Seller and the Buyer.
  • Order form – electronic form through which the Buyer can place an Order.

§3 Orders

  1. Orders can be placed without registration (as a “guest”).
  2. To place an Order the Buyer must:
    1. select a Product and place it in the shopping cart,
    2. fill in the Buyer's details and delivery address,
    3. choose an electronic payment method,
    4. agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy,
    5. click on the “Order and Payment” button.
  3. The Purchase Agreement is concluded once the Buyer places an Order via the "Order and Pay" button and the payment is successfully completed. The confirmation email the Buyer receives is for informational purposes only and does not determine the conclusion of the agreement.

§4 Payment

  1. The permitted payment methods are electronic payments (card, Klarna, Google Pay, Shop app) or other systems available in the Webshop.
  2. All prices in the Webshop are stated in EUR (including VAT).
  3. Payment must be made immediately upon placing the Order. If payment is not successfully completed, no Purchase Agreement will be concluded.

§5 Delivery

  1. Delivery of Products will only take place within the Netherlands.
  2. The Products are shipped from the Netherlands via courier services.
  3. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are indicated during the ordering process.
  4. Collection of Products is not possible.

§6 Complaints and warranty

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Products that are free from defects and in accordance with the agreement.
  2. Complaints can be submitted in writing to:

  3. The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 calendar days.
  4. If the complaint is justified, the Seller will offer repair, replacement or refund free of charge, in accordance with consumer rights.

§7 Right of withdrawal

  1. Consumers have the right to cancel the distance contract within 14 calendar days after receipt of the Product without giving any reason.
  2. The declaration of revocation can be sent by e-mail to info@boxvendor.eu .
  3. The Consumer must return the Product to the address specified by the Seller within 14 days after cancellation.
  4. The costs for returning the Product are borne by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
  5. The Seller will refund all payments within 14 days of receipt of the Product or proof of return.
  6. The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Product if this is the result of handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

§8 Dispute Resolution

  1. Consumers can use alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation or dispute resolution boards.
  2. Consumers in the EU can also use the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .

§9 Final provisions

  1. Agreements are concluded in English, Polish or Dutch and are subject to Dutch law.
  2. The choice of Dutch law does not affect the rights of consumers resident in another EU country under mandatory national provisions.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments will not apply to Orders placed prior to the amendment.
  4. To the extent not otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and relevant EU regulations apply.
